Christmas List

My Christmas List (most of them are extremely unlikely but I still wanted to list them haha):
This cute necklace

This necklace. I would wear it everyday. No lie.

Need this. Bad.

Wanna get started on my Disney movie Blu-ray collection. For me to watch. Cuz let's be real by the time I have kids old enough to watch them we'll be on to "the next big thing". Let's all agree that whatever comes after Blu-ray we're just gonna ignore, okay? Okay.

Oh and I'll probably need one of these to actually be able to watch my Blu-rays.

This perfume. Love it.

These Uggs. I never know whether Uggs are in or out, I'm not that fashionably inclined yet. All I know is that they're comfy and warm and here in Utah I am all about warmth.

This won't happen, but I want a pink bike. Bad. With a basket please.

And this definitely won't happen but I want a big screen TV since someone won't give mine back.

Again won't happen cuz they're a bit pricey but I'm IN LOVE with these boots.

I also want this cute coat in white.

Aaaaaand lastly I want a new camera because mine decided to stop functioning. This is actually the main thing I want I just don't know what kind yet. Or color. Oh the decisions haha I definitely wouldn't mind this one though. It'd just take up both my entire Christmas and birthday, so I'll have to find a cheaper one :). That's all. A girl can dream right?

Happy Thanksgiving!

This post is mostly just for me. I just wanted to take a minute to write down some of the things I'm thankful for.
  • I'm grateful to be home for Thanksgiving this year. I'm grateful to be home period actually haha.
  • I'm grateful for my past and what I learned from it. That it taught me to appreciate my life and what I've been given.
  • I'm simply just thankful for my life. To be living here on earth. For the beautiful life that I've been given.
  • For my health and for a healthy body.
  • For my loving family. I'm so happy I get to see them daily. I completely took that for granted before so now it means so much to me that I can see them whenever I want and that I get to spend every holiday from here on out with them. They make me a very happy girl and I am grateful for the relationship I have with each one of them.
  • For my wonderful friends. I looove that can also see them whenever I want. That I can actually hang out with my friends on a daily basis now ha. They help me more than they'll ever know and I love each one for different reasons, they're all so great in their own way. I'm a lucky girl.
  • For my darling puppy. Lame I know but she truly brings me so much joy. She loves me and I know that without a doubt. She makes me smile every day and is so much fun. She's like my child and I don't know what I'd do without her. Permission to make fun of me haha.
  • For the gospel. To be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It makes who I am. It has brought me where I am today and makes me happy. I love going to church. I love the people, I love the lessons, and I love what it teaches. Scriptures, prayer, institute, all of it.
  • For all that I've been given. The materialistic things that bring me joy. I am so grateful for my beautiful house, my cell phone, laptop, car, all the little things that I feel so blessed to have every day.
  • Fashion. This is a new found love. I've recently become obsessed with shopping. I love clothes now.
  • Food and water. Enough said. The simple things in life that we depend on :).
  • Movies. Ahhhh I love them. Love love love them. And TV. Haha I'm lazy.
  • The holidays. My favorite time of year. From today til my birthday (January 10th) is the absolute best best time of the year. After that I would love for the snow to go away though haha.
  • Pumpkin pie. Anything pumpkin actually. Delicious. Oh and chocolate. Major weakness.
And many many more blessings that it would take too long to list. It's already long but I just had to name the biggest ones that I am thankful for everyday. I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving. Mine was wonderful being with all my family again. Now bring on December :)

Thankful

I cannot believe Thanksgiving is this week. It's crazy. Anyways I love this time of year, I love November and December and the Holidays, and Thanksgiving is just the start of it all so it's great. Yesterday church was all about gratitude and being grateful. In Relief Society the lesson was on being thankful for the hard times and the good that comes out of them and what they teach you. This year this is something I am especially thankful for. For the things and experiences I've been through and what I learned from them and how they helped me grow. They got me to where I am today and I would not be the same person without the trials I have been through. I think they're what teach you the most. You may not realize it at the time but they are blessings in disguise and we really need to appreciate life's tender mercies.

I, like every other girl, am obsessed with pinterest and this quote I thought was just perfect for Thanksgiving this year.

So let's all remember to be thankful for all our blessings, as well as the bad times that usually bring even better blessings :) Because you may miss out on the opportunity of what they teach you if you don't go through. And remember to be grateful for the small things cuz they can easily be taken away. Just like this quote says we must be thankful for all we have cuz you never know when it won't be there anymore. (I'm speaking to myself but figured I'd just say it publicly to remind myself of all these things haha.)

Vegas Round 3!

I went to Vegas again this weekend. I know it seems like I go all the time, but I just love it, it makes me happy and is so fun! This weekend was super random actually. I saw my friend Brittany last month who I hadn't seen in years and went to church with her last Sunday and she invited me to go with her and her friends to Vegas and I said yes haha. I had the weekend off nannying cuz the family went to Disneyland and I just needed a vacation after working so much last month so it was perfect timing. I had never met the girls I was going with besides Brittany so it was pretty spontaneous. But I am so glad I did!!! It was so much fun, the girls were great! I'm so excited I made new friends and I can't wait to hang out with them more cuz they were so cute!! The weekend was a blast. I heart Vegas haha.

Driving around

Riding the sweet escalators that weren't stairs, just flat and went up and down, so fun ha

Dinner at Grand Luxe

Pictures with a creepy guy :/

Cute bottles

So funny. Britt accidentally "stole" these rings from H&M. It was so fun, she pulled them out and yelled, "Oh my gosh guys, I STOLE these!!" Hilarious. She took them back the next lady and the lady was so confused that she actually returned them.

Caesars Palace

Walkin the Strip

Magic Show

Britt got to go up and help. She had to cover a knife with bags and some other guy had to guess where it was. It was really cool!

Helicopter ride! My first one ever. I've always wanted to fly in one but am terrified of heights so have been scared to but it was soo cool!! I wanna do it again.

Thanks to Brittany, Jenay, Linlee, and Jobie for letting me tag along on their trip. It was amazing and I'm so glad I got to meet them. Can't wait to see them all again and I look forward to the next fun trip. I love Vegas and will go with anyone any chance I get :)

HaLoWeEn

So fun to finally be home for Halloween again! I loved it. Saturday night I went to Megan's party. We ate a delicious dinner then just hung out and played some hilarious games.

Lily and Heath as a Cupcake and Indian.

Me, Heath, and Meg. Megan was Wednesday Addams and Knox was Pubert Addams, it was so dang cute! So bummed I didn't get any pics of Knox.

The first game you tied a banana to your wasted hanging one foot off the ground then had to push an orange across the ground onto a plate by swinging the banana. The other game you dipped your nose in vaseline then picked up cotton balls and had to walk them over and put them in a bowl. Both so freaking funny but didn't get any pics of the cotton ball game.

Then I went dancin with Whit out in Salt Lake. Oh I was a Zebra all night and Whit was one too :)

Aren't the dogs so dang cute in their tutu's? :)

Halloween day, Monday, I was sick with the flu all day :( I woke up really achy and then threw up most of the day, lame right? Who gets sick on Halloween, not cool! Anyways my mom had made my dress so there was no way I wasn't going to wear it, so I showered at like 3 and had to lay down every five minutes cuz I didn't feel well and would get sick and nauseas so it took me forever to get ready.

Feeling sick waiting for all the trick or treaters.

Like I said my mom made my costume cuz I searched everywhere for a Barbie dress but couldn't find one so she was a peach and made it :) There was leftover tulle so I told her to make a tutu for Paisley and she ended up making one for all the girl dogs. Too funny. And Barkley in his "playboy" shirt.

Finally about 7 o'clock I started feeling much better and my Barbie look all came together just in time for the trick or treaters. I'd been out of state for the last 2 Halloweens so I was stoked to finally get to see all the neighborhood kids. I'm really close with a lot of them and always asked my mom to send pics but this year I got to see them all so I was really excited. I think it's been my favorite Halloween yet being Barbie and just staying at home with my family handing out candy to all the kids. I'd rather not be sick all day but at least I started feeling better :)

My mommy was a witch! Isn't she darling?!

Yay love you mommy!!

Some of my favorite kids!
