Temple Square Lights

Wednesday night a big group of us went and saw the lights at Temple Square. It was a way fun night!! All the girls met at gateway and had to get a picture with the lifeguards at Hollister. Cuz they're totally necessary when it's 30 degrees outside??

Afterwards we went to Denny's for hot chocolate and had the greatest server ever!!! He was seriously hilarious and such a good time. He did a couple magic tricks for us and would spin the tray and menus. He was legit. All in all a really good night! Great activities with even better company :)

David Archurleta and Cheer Party

On December 19th we went to the David Archuleta concert! If you know me, you know I love him. I just think he is so incredibly talented. He's just amazing so when I saw he was doing a Christmas tour we immediately bought tickets. It was my dad, my mom, Jonny, Hailey, and me. We went to dinner at Blue Lemon first which was really yummy then headed over to Abravanel Hall for the concert. It was so so good! Seriously, he's awesome and so dang cute! I just want to wrap him up, put him in my pocket, and take him home with me ;) haha. Anyways, it was such a good night, great job David! He also announced he was going on a mission to which the crowd completely freaked out and cheered like crazy. It was really neat to experience. I'm so glad he chose his home town to announce this great news and that I could be there for it. We're all so proud of him and we'll all be here waiting when he gets back :)

The next night at cheer we had a little Christmas party. It was a really fun night. We just goofed around stunting, the girls wanted to try flying me so I let them. I only fell to the ground like 5 times haha one of the groups totally held me! I was way impressed. And the other came really close. Luckily I didn't get any serious injuries ha. Then me and Jordyn, the other coach, based together and flew anyone who wanted to, it was quite the good time. Then just ate treats and talked and played around. It was a great practice!

All my cute girls. Love them!!

Kylee's Wedding

Friday was Kylee's wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous! She and Grayson got married at the Salt Lake Temple. I went down at about 10 and we took pictures. I was so happy to see that Kelly from Gallery Photography was photographing her wedding, he's my favorite!! Then the reception was that night at The Grand America Hotel. It was perfect. Kylee and her sisters did such a wonderful job. Everything was beautiful- the ballroom, the decor, the food was delicious, the flowers, the set up, everything. They're seriously did such a fabulous job. And the bride was stunningly gorgeous!!! Seriously. She's beautiful and I just looooved her dress! Congrats Kylee girl, I'm so happy for you. You found your perfect man and deserve every bit of happiness! I'm so excited for you and thank you so much for letting me be a bridesmaid, it was such a good night!! Everything turned out so well and sorry we kinda destroyed your room :/ hehe Love you girl!! Congrats Kylee and Grayson on your new life together!

Holidays 2011

I'm so glad it snowed!! Now it finally feels like Christmas. I just love December.  love driving down the street and seeing everything covered in snow, I think it's beautiful. But hate that it's gonna last clear til May now ;) haha. This month has been kinda busy with nannying, everyone wanting their hair done for Christmas, dance/ cheer recital, Kylee's wedding and showers and what not for that! And obviously trying to enjoy the holidays and Christmas shopping! Anyways I'll just post some pictures to show what I've been up to...

Grocery shopping with my mom turned into a bit of a funny photo shoot with elf hats.

Girls night! Dinner and movie at Gateway. Love these girls!

Pretty gingerbread house thanks to the people I nanny for, they made it.

Camryn as a reindeer. I had to bribe her in to taking a picture, she did not want to haha she kept asking if she could take them off.

Classic old school pic with "The Real Santa" and the fam. This was always a highlight for me growing up. Dance performances at the Dickens Festival and my favorite Santa. And doesn't my family just look awesome?! We've got several of these.

This has been one of my favorite things this season so far, ice skating with the kids! At this little skate rink by our new movie theater, it was a lot of fun and I'm sure we'll be going lots more.

Tonight was the Christmas recital for the dance studio where I teach cheer. It was so much fun! I really enjoyed it. My cheerleaders did awesome, they were so cute and I was way proud!! I also take a dance class there so danced to "Baby it's Cold Outside" and did a teachers dance to "Santa Baby". It was so nice to dance again. Such a great night! One of my cheer girls brought me flowers and it seriously made my night!!!

Brianna, Me, and Kami.

All the "Santa Baby's". Kami, Brianna, Santa, Maddi, Me, and Stefanie. Love all these girls!!!

Now just Kylee's wedding tomorrow! I can't wait it's gonna be gorgeous and so much fun! I'll be sure to post pics :) I had to miss the dinner tonight for my recital which I'm wayyy bummed about. My cousin is also getting married tomorrow! Like I said, crazy busy month haha.

Kylee's Bachelorette

My good friend Kylee is getting married in a week!!! Ah!! I still cannot believe it's already here. Still can't believe she's getting MARRIED!!! I seriously am so proud of that girl, she's the strongest person I know. She's been through some hard times but still is one of the most amazing people I've ever met and I look up to her in so many ways. We've had so many good memories and I'm so glad we've remained friends through the years even though there's been plenty of miles between us. I am seriously so excited for her and her new life. She's found the most incredible man that is so awesome, treats her well, and makes her so happy. I seriously couldn't be happier for her, she deserves the absolute best and I know Grayson is the perfect match for her. They're great together. I just love you Kylee girl and thank you for letting me be a part of your big day, I can't wait!!! It's gonna be absolutely beautiful and you will make the most gorgeous bride!!

Anyways last weekend Kylee, Whitney, and I had a night "out on the town". If you can even call it that, we were basically in bed by 11 haha we're getting so much cooler in our old age ;). We went to dinner at Olive Garden then headed to The Little America Hotel where we'd got a room for the night. We took pictures of our awesome "pink" room (seriously, pink tile everywhere in the bathroom, you'll see, and a fridge in the bathroom, in case you got hungry or thirsty while you're going to the bathroom??), watched youtube videos- always a good time, and just laughed at random things. I seriously love these girls and we always have a grand time no matter what we're doing. I'm so grateful for both of them and their friendship and look forward to many more fun outings together!! Happy Wedding Kylee dearest!!!
